Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products and strict health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
As our products are classified as personal care items, we cannot resell any returned goods. This policy ensures the safety and quality of all products provided to our customers.
Damages, Issues & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at help@thetanritual.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Personal care / cosmetic products
- Opened or used items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- The product is defective
- The item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong product
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days under local consumer laws. However, this right does not apply to sealed personal care products that have been opened after delivery due to hygiene regulations.
